internet explorer problem

my web settings is messed up, the web page that my
internet explorer opens is res://mshp.dll/index.html#22776

i try to set it to hotmail.com it works , but when i
restart my computer and when i click on internet icon it
goes back to its original setting which is
res://mshp.dll/index.html#22776

if any information you have, would be helpful thank you

you've been JACKED,get some spyware removale tools FREE
from www.download.com put this in the search and
find it on their site,ad aware(the best),spybot search
and destroy(second best),hijackthis(if those dont
work).First get the ad aware load it open it up
and then check for updates,then run it,then check ALL
boxes of spyware,and click remove.then put your home page
back. If that don't work do the spybot,same way,if
that don't work same thing to hijackthis.That will take
of your spysh*t!
