Home Page Gets Reset on Reboot

Steve

Whenever I reboot my machine, it resets my home page to
www.search-space.com. I change it and I've even added
that to my list of restricted sites, but it stills goes
back when I reboot. How can I find where this is
happening and prevent it from recurring? Thanks.

I went to Windows Update and there was only one update --
which I installed. I also made sure my Norton Anti Virus
was up to date -- which it was. However, the same thing
still occurs. When I reboot, search-space.com ends up as
my default home page.
