Problem with Internet Explorer favorites

In "favorites" I deleted the folder links (my browser is in Finnish but I think that it's links in English) and it keeps coming back every time I open Internet Explorer again no matter how many times I delete it. How can I permanently delete the folder?

Antti,
Windows will continue to recreate this system folder. You can hide it. Use
Windows Explorer to go to the Links folder, right-click it> Properties> give
it the Hidden attribute. But... you should give the Links folder a chance-
it's very useful if you delete the default shortcuts and place your own
shortcuts in it.
