Problem with installing application, lose it after reboot..

Hi,

We have an XPe system with a touch screen. In order to get the touch
working, I added the dynaprosc3 component from xpefiles.com to my target
image and built it. After FBA, the application is in the
Start->Programs->UPDD folder but its not up and running, as it doesn't
detect the touch. So I installed the application on top of the Xpe system
and did the calibration and it seemed to work fine after that.. Problem is,
when I reboot, I lose all touch features and am back to where I was before I
installed it.
Question is, is there some way to make sure the registry settings are saved
(e.g. persistregistry on winCE) the next time you reboot.

Thanks, I'd appreciate any help or any online links for this issue.
