problem with installin internet explorer 7

hi

i have windows xp sp2 and was tryin to install internet explorer7 but it
says installation not complete, i also tried the one with some yahoo
features, it gives an error message " This application has failed to start
because iertutil.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix the
problem. i re-installed many times and tried some installation tricks by
microsoft but of no use.

Try the IE7 group but be prepared to divulge exactly what installation
tricks you have tried to save some time.

I see in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie7/default.mspx that
the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

If you must use a web interface:
