Problem with IE

IE stopped working, it tells me that it cannot find server
(homepage is Microsoft). I only use it for Win update and
the last time I used it was to check for any updates (DLed
an update to WMP) has this happen to anyone? Does anyone
what the problem is?
 
Wrong group! Try microsoft.public.windowsxp.inetexplorer.ie6.browser.
