Problem with FTP on page

I am running Server 2003 and IIS6. I have created a FTP
site, and a
link from one of my web pages.

The problem is that when I click on the link, I keep
getting a message
saying that the server has reset the connection.

Any ideas why this would be? Page is www.zehr-mfg.com,
ftp link is at the bottom of the page

Suggest you post to the Windows Server newsgroup as this is not a FP issue.
