Problem with "Found New Hardware"

OS = XP2; "Found New Hardware" appears every time computer is started even
though the "new hardware" found (a printer = HP Deskjet 710C) has already
been installed and is working. Have uninstalled and re-installed with same
results. Suggestions please!

You wull find materials on this subject at HP support. it's a pretty
common problem.
