Annoying 'Found New Hardware Wizard'

Hi:
One of PCs is 're-conditioned/refurbished' PC with M.C. that I purchased
from one of reputable PC Stores on the Internet.

Because of display issue, ... 'curvy' like, as if reading texts in motion, I
re-installed by using CD came with the PC. It's much better in every
respects, .... particularly in regard to reading texts on the web, however
there is one issue I've been encountering which I am UNABLE to resolve.

Whenever the PC started to open, ... 'Warning' message on the top left
corner of PC, ...
"Welcome to the Found New Hardware Wizard' with tiny letters, 'PCI Device.'

My question is;
How to get rid of this, annoying message, ... 'Found New Hardware?'

Thanks for your help in advance.

After installing the OS did you apply the proper Chipset Driver
package ? There are a number of devices on recent PCs that
aren't covered by XP's built-in driver base.

It's possible to add a Environment variable that will help you to
locate the driver by checking the GUID descriptor of the device
if the Chipset driver doesn't resolve the issue.
