Problem with form appearance in browser

to a server with FrontPage extensions, or
preview it using IIS with FrontPage extensions
installed, on your machine.

In the FP editor, normal view, the form looks OK, but in preview and
in a browser, it shows "[FrontPage Save Results Component]" at the
start first line of the form. When I delete those words in HTML view,
FP puts them back again.

What is happening here?

How can I prevent the unwanted text from showing in the browser?

I have frontpage extensions installed on two computers. I get the same
results on each computer.

FP98 & FP2000, PWS4, Win98SE

If you have the form set up to email the results, you don't have a SMTP
server, naturally, on your client machine. Thus, the line appears. If you
http publish to a server with the FP extensions installed, and the forms to
email transport configured by the host, the line will go away.
