problem with DLLs for Core

my computer doesnt run, when i turn it on appear the settup and everithing
is normal, but when pass the cd/dvd pass it. and when the windows logo
appears didnt show up and this message is show up: problem in the run of DLLs

See if a repair install helps.

Note that all available system updates have to be reinstalled afterwards.
Scan the system for Malware as well since nothing comes out of the blue.
