Windows XP Pro SP3 plus additional updates. This morning I logged on to my
spouse's computer (first time in a year) and a message window popped up that
reads: "Cannot find any installed language resource DLLs. Please reinstall
the product."

This message does not appear when she is logged on... A Google search turned
up nothing of value. Any thoughts.

Uninstall WebShots via Add/Remove Programs & reboot.
