Logo testing

when trying to use my iriver mp3 player on this computer, it keeps saying
that i should stop the installation because it didnt pass windows logo
testing. It also says that it might mess up the computer. Is there anything
i can do to make sure it doesnt hurt my computer or the mp3 player if i
instal it?
