We have "Windows XP Pro. w/ Publisher 2002", according to the CD, but on the computer screen @ sign in, it says "Windows XP Home Edition". I don't know why it doesn't say Professional . . . any thoughts? The "add/remove" section on the computer lists it as XP Professional. Also, isn't Front Page part of Office, or is it separate?

Microsoft doesnt produce xp pro with publisher 2002,chk with the computer
mfg.

Actually the CD says, "Microsoft Office XP Professional with Publisher Version 2002". (Sorry I keyed it wrong on the intial post.) This is a custom built computer (by another), but I installed this CD.

That's your office (Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.) CD not your operating
system CD.

Your operating system probably is home edition.
