Problem with display card---please help

I had a old Nividia TNT 2 M64 display card from my friend. After I
installed it on to my P3 600 PC, in device manager there is an
exclamation mark and had the error code 10 and the message said that
the device had not start.How do I get the device work with my PC.
 
Make sure your other display device, if it is onboard, is disabled. Also,
download the latest driver for the card and make sure it installs properly.
