I upgraded from XP home edition to professional edition, wheni did it messed
up my either my graphic card driver or the agp controllers drivers. The
screen was choping and game performance was terrible, i tried to install the
drivers for my graphics card(ati raedeon 9200se), i got an error telling me
to install a standard vga driver then try again, so then i reinstall the agp
controller driver. After i did that i can get to the windows splash/boot
screen but after that i have no video. I tried to boot in safe mode and vga
mode, neither worked.

Any help would be apreciated.

You should have installed xp pro w/o home still present on the hd,boot
to xp pro cd,select,install xp,new copy,delete the partition (home),create
one,
then let it format the hd,and install auto.Even though you have a pro upgrade
copy of xp,microsoft recommends a clean install.
