Problem with D & S folders

For whatever reason, there are four docs and settings folders on my C
drive: Admin, Admin.cc10653..., All Users, and Jim. Only Admin and All
Users have Start Menu/Programs folders and shortcuts. When I click
Start/All Programs, the shortcuts under the Start Menu in the All Users
folder are displayed. But when I right-click Start/Explore, the Start
Menu in the Admin folder is highlighted. Why do different Start Menus
come up, depending on whether I left-click or right-click? How do I
designate which D & S folder opens when I click Start/All Programs? And
do I really need four D & S folders?

If you have 4 DS folders then you have 4 user accounts.
(remember that you may only see 3 at your welcome screen,
but the admin user counts for a folder too) incase you
didn't know already.
