Problem with Creating a Rule

B

Bart

I am trying to setup a rule on a computer, but I'm getting this popup
message....

One or more rules could not be uploaded to Exchange server and have been
deactivated. This could be because some of the parameters are not supported
or there is insufficient space to store all of your rules.

I'm using Outlook 2003 on a windows XP machine. All I'm trying to do is
setup a simple rule that will forward an e-mail with a certain subject to
another e-mail account. There are no other rules setup on this machine so I
don't see insufficient space being the problem. I setup this exact same
rule on another computer and it worked just fine. Anyone have any ideas?

If this is supposed to be the only rule configured you could try starting
Outlook with the /cleanrules switch and see if it works now.
