Not sure what is causing this but when I insert a CD and go to Windows
Media it doesn't recognize the songs on the CD. Just indicates
"unknown artist". Then when I click on "find album info" I get an
error message stating "you must be connected to the internet to update
information about the audio CD". It used to work fine but now I have
this problem. Also, I can't click on a video on the internet and have
it play on my monitor. It just doesn't do anything. Like I'm not
connected to the internet. If I save a video or get one in my e-mail
it will play OK though.
I have reinstalled Windows Media 10 and have updated my Win XP
including Service Pack 2. I have deselected the firewall and it
doesn't change. I have looked for a place to make a setting to try and
change it but can't find any. I was thinking about reloading Win XP but
not sure if I would lose data. Thought I'd try here and see if there is
any help out there...
