Problem with browser

I recently ungraded my internest service provider to the
most recent copy of Compuserve. I have an online
QuickBooks account that used to work on the old program.
However, now when I try to get to my page, I keep getting a
message that says that QuickBooks Online does not work with
my browser or browser version. How in the world do I fix this.
 
think i'd be asking compuserve that question, or try
another broswer.
