Problem with accu running time

Hello to all,

i've got a problem with the accu running time under windows xp sp2. i'm
using a ibm thinkpad t21 notebook. after i've installed windows xp the
accu running time was 2 hours. now it's only 15 minutes and the accu is
not defect (i'm sure).

Has anyone an idea how i can eliminate this problem?
