Problem with a home network on XP

O

Ogden Lamont

I have three computers on a home network. Two desktops and one laptop.
Everything has been working fine for two years, but I recently installed new
large hard drives on the desk tops. All three computers still connect to
the network, but I cannot access folders on the drives of the two desktops
from the other computers. I get an error message "Not enough server storage
is available to process this command" The partition sizes on the new
desktop hard drives range in size from 12 GB to 54 GB

Both desktops can access files on the laptop, but the max partition size on
the laptop is only 21GB. The shared printer is connected to a desktop, and
now cannot be shared by the two other computers.

Is there any way to correct this problem ?

Boot to Safe Mode, and log on as default "Administrator" account. Rightclick
the new drive's icon in My Computer. Sharing tab, share the drive.

I am the default administrator, and all drives and printers are shared
already.
