Parental control has been invoked!

From a command prompt type: ipconfig /all and post the
details when
logged in as admin. Check the Local Area Connection, is
it enabled?

Q
.I did the ipconfig/all,but could not cut and past
details.I did find that the IP routing enabled was NO and
the WINS proxy enabled was NO also.Everything else was ON.
Does this help??? I also compaired w/my sons account, same
steps and had the same info.

Since Limited accounts don't permit installation of
software, it sound
like some malware got installed on the two Admin.
accounts. Your first
troubleshooting steps should be to scan with a current
antivirus
program (meaning a version not earlier than 2002 and
using updated
virus definitions) show? Also, remove spyware with Spybot
Search &
Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs
before running
them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal
tools in Safe
Mode.

After you are sure your computer is clean, if the problem
persists then
repost. Please include information about your system, how
you connect
to the Internet (method/ISP), and what you've already
done to
troubleshoot.
