Since Limited accounts don't permit installation of software, it sound
like some malware got installed on the two Admin. accounts. Your first
troubleshooting steps should be to scan with a current antivirus
program (meaning a version not earlier than 2002 and using updated
virus definitions) show? Also, remove spyware with Spybot Search &
Destroy from
www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs before running
them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal tools in Safe
Mode.
After you are sure your computer is clean, if the problem persists then
repost. Please include information about your system, how you connect
to the Internet (method/ISP), and what you've already done to
troubleshoot.

I did run antivirus and spyware removal,that was the
first thing i did.My son was playing monopoly jr and it
lock up.Could not un lock the system,so i reset the the
computer.I whanted me to load a game on his setup,so i
installed command and conquer "tiberian sun".IT installed
ok,a little slow but installed.Closed out when done,then
tryed to run it,but the system said it could not hind the
cd-rom.So i reinstalled the game over top of it in case
it missed something.Samething happened no cd-rom.Thats
when all this happened.ALL was fine till now.My wife has
opened another account on the computer so she can get
on,but i have to meny things to move if i have to do that
and not allways the time.
