I recently asked my hosting service to put two of my
commercial sites on their own IP addresses. This was two
weeks ago and since then I have not been able to raise
these sites in Internet Explorer, or through clicking the
links on the search engines, or even using the new IP
address.
My hosting service say that because the sites are still
viewable by everyone else on the web, it must by a problem
my end, but I have not changed a thing.
I can't even view the changes I make to the sites, which
is quite freqent.
Can anyone please help.

Hi,
Do you by chance have these 2 sites listed in your HOSTS file?

Can you ping these sites either by URL or IP address?
Did you try flushing your DNS cache?
See the articles on the bottom of the page, select for your OS.

Have you confirmed that they are viewable elsewhere or is the host perhaps
mistaken?

How about posting an address / IP so we can have a look? If you don't want
to post it email it to me and I will have a look when (if) I get time later
today.
