problem using "calling card" option with microsoft fax

I was wondering if anyone has any idea how to get this
option to work.. I am trying to use a calling card when
printing to 'fax' printer.. apparently this is possible to
do in the 'send fax wizard' dialog which opens up when i
try to print to 'fax'. there i have an option to
choose 'dialing rules'. in the subsequent dialog window,
i choose 'edit' button (or 'new') to bring up a dialog
window named 'edit location'. i choose 'calling card'
tab, create my calling card, and set up the dialing rules
for international calls, which i am interested in. all
seems straight forward, but at the end, when i go ahead
with faxing, it never tries to follow the steps i
specified for the calling card.. it simply starts dialing
the international number..
if anybody can figure this out i really appreciate it.

post, and that in fact will solve my problem.
