Problem uninstall

Several of my programs on my desktop cannot be used after doubleclicking. I
tried to uninstall them on the uninstall option listed with the program.but
nothing happens. I go to control/add and remove and have the same problem.
Need help badly
 
I've seen this before when the computer was infected with viruses and/or
spyware. I would recommend that you ask this question in one of the Windows
newsgroups for your version of Windows, they'll be able to help you better.
This newsgroup is for the Access Database program.
