Hi
In W2K server I create a new user. I set up for the programs and I put the
the shortcuts on his desktop. When I logon there is no shortcut on the
desktop. What can I do?

Exactly *which* desktop did you put the shortcuts on? All Users? The
individual user Desktop?
Have you checked the permissions on these shortcuts? Maybe only
Administrators have read access to them?
