Installa TSE

J have migration one Server from NT4 BDC to W2k Stand Alone. J installed Sp4 and other patch
When j installed TSE on Administrativ mode, but the service not appare and natural
the Tse service not work. Help me .
Could anyone help? THANK YOU VERY MUCH
