Also remember that when your trying to access/control computer2 from
computer1 with Remote Desktop you login with an account and password local
to computer2.

Hello,

yes, its enabled. On the Remote Computer he is logged in as "UserC".
IF he use "UserB" (local admin) at the local PC nothing happend.
If he use "Administrator" at the same local PC to the same remote PC, it
works.
Nothing has been changed on firewall, ipconfig and so on.

best regards...

Björn

This is how it works...

1. You want to connect to computer2 from computer1 using Remote Desktop.

2. Computer2 has three users, ie. UserA, UserB and UserC. UserA is the admin
account on computer2. UserB is a member of the Remote Desktop Users Group on
computer2. UserC is NOT a member of the Remote Desktop Users Group on
computer2.

3. Computer1 has three users, ie. UserD, UserE and UserF. UserD is the admin
account on computer1.

4. With Remote Desktop any user (ie. UserD, UserE and UserF) on computer1
can login to computer2 if they use the UserA or UserB account Id and
password. Users can NOT login to computer2 if they use the UserC account Id
and password.

Hello!

I think, you have misunderstand me.

The target remote computer (computerB) as 1 account (domain member).
"UserRemote"
The source local computer (also domain member, other domain) has 2
acconts. local1 (local admin, domain member), local2 ("Administrator",
local user, local admin)

If local1 is used to establish the remote connection to computerB (with
login "UserRemote") nothing happend. If it would be a wrong user, then
it would tell me an error, during the try, teh buttons would be
disabled. BUT absolutly nothing happend.

with local2 (login "userremote") everything was fine.

Perhaps an issue with a domain profile for local1? Are you logging onto the
domain before trying to access computerB with Remote Desktop?

I don't do domains so I suggest you post this to a server or terminal
services news group. Hopefully someone else can reply with some useful
help...
