Problem Synching Outlook to Blackberry

Outlook 2003, Exchange Server 2003. Our users who sync their Blackberries to
Outlook find that they can no longer do so once we have switched their email
account from a POP3 connection to Exchange Server connection (RPC over HTTP).

Why would they be having this problem and how could they use their
Blackberries with the Exchange Server connection?

I realize that "Blackberry" is non-Microsoft. But perhaps there is someone
out there who has experienced this issue and resolved it. Thanks.

My issue is not the Blackberry syncing to Outlook, but rather the Blackberry
connecting to our Exchange Server via a method other than POP3. Can
Blackberries connect using IMAP or some other method?
