Hi,
Try to make sure the Fast user switching is Enabled, to do that follow these
steps:
Click Start >> Control panel >> Double click User Accounts then click on
Change the way the user log on/in.
On The User Accounts window make sure the check box is checked:
[ ] Use Fast User Switching click Apply Options and close the Control
panel.
Reboot your machine and see if you could fast switch.
