Problem Sharing Calendar w/ Specific Recipient Using Net Folders

I've set up my Outlook 2000 to share my calendar with another person in our office using the same. Went thru the set up of Net Folders on both machines and it worked fine for a long time. Somewhere along the line it stopped working. So tried to send new subscription to that same recipient. Everytime I try it, I get the following error

"Net Folders wa unable to mail New Subscription offer to the following addresses: <recipient's name> You may try and add these members again later. There are no members for this Net Folder. No updates for this folder will be sent.

There are no subcription offers for her to reply to in her Outlook

Note, when I do add her in the Net Folder Wizard Member List, it puts "(waiting for response)" next to her name in the list

Does anyone have info on correcting this? If you can email me, it would be best

Thank you

Thank you. One of those solutions you referred me to worked (i.e., the one regarding rebuilding of Frmcache.dat file - Q240161).
