Problem sending pictures!!!!!

[help with sending pics]

When I right click on a saved photo and attach it in small size to windows
mail, and then send it{even to myself}, the email never gets there??
It does not show it in the sent box or anywhere else.

Sending a anything else but a photo, will go!

Can someone help.

Ensure that "send pictures with message" is selected at tools>options>Send
tab>mail sending format>HTML settings.
