Problem Saving Documents In word

Hi I have a great problem that know one can Solve .
The probleme is that when i try to save a document it accepts the change but
when I try to close the Document Word Office assistent Asks if i want to save
the document Again It gives the Option Yes /No I click on yess the option
gose away try to close the document again and it brings up the same option of
do you whant to save the Document .I then force the document to close down
useing Ctrl Alt Delete , technicaly the document has been Saved but ,when the
document is opend the document is blanke

I would start by checking your systemn with an up to date - preferably
on-line - virus checker.
With that out of the way, clear up the mess that crashing Word will have
created with the measures at
