i am facing a problem related to internet explorer. When
opening some msn sites a msg appears that "internet
explorer cannot open the internet site (URL name)"
Operation aborted.
Kindly help me to solve this problem or tell me the right
forum for solving that problem

Try the following and see if it helps.

Fix the URLSearchHooks
http://www.spywareinfo.com/downloads/tools/IEFIX.reg

Then type REGSVR32 /i SHDOCVW in RUN box.
