Problem receiving incoming mail

I have 67 incoming e-mails, when receiving them I get the first 30 then it
stops and says an error has occurred while processing. The error reads that
my server has unexpectedly terminated the connection, possible causes are
server or network problems, long periods of inactivity but this isn't the
case and I have received these 1st 30 emails about 20 times now but are
unable to receive the following 37. every time I request incoming mail the
same thing happens. I have no problems sending mail. I am so frustrated, any
ideas or suggestions would be gratefully received, thank you.

This indicates that the 30th or 31st email on the server is corrupt.
Go to your provider's webmail, then delete that corrupted email.
