Problem printing w/XP:HE and a HP3820

I just bought a new eMachine with XP:HE and put my HP
printer on it using the parallel port.

I can print from Notepad and MS:Works, but when I try to
print from the net using IE, then it simply never gets
sent to the print que.

I have downloaded and installed the latest drivers from HP
but still no luck.
 
I would like to thank everyone who responded for their
help.

Oh, yeah! no one did.

This forum is about as worthless as the system I bought!
