Problem Opening Windows Explorer

Willy

I have a friend with this problem:
Problem get my "Windows Explorer" to open..ya` know when ya` go Start (right
click)..the thing won't open the files..and any files I have on my desktop
in folders won't open either...

I can open then just fine by goin` the long way around and usin` "Ctrl + Alt
+ Del" and manipulatin with the "Windows Task Manager"..but that's a real
pain...I must deleted a file someplace along the line...I have
defragged..run Norton umpteen times and done everything I could think
of...there's no bugs in the registry or in the system whatsoever...so I must
be missin` sum stinkin` file Duh!! LOL..any ideas?..Oh Ya`..I even
re-installed Win XP and that didn't help

Hi Bill,

Right click the Start button, select Properties, Customize. Scroll through
the options on the Advanced tab and put the check mark back in Enable
dragging and dropping.
