Problem opening website on IIS server with FP 2003

I'm trying to open our website using FrontPage 2003. At
the bottom bar on the FrontPage window there is a
blinking message saying "Loading http://mywebsite Web
site ...". But it never loads. I have let it run for an
hour, and it doesn't go anywhere. This website is not
that big or complicated, and it doesn't have any type of
video or audio files.

If I use a different PC loaded with the previous version
of FrontPage it opens right away. I'm using FrontPage
server extensions (also 2002). Do I need to do some type
of conversion or upgrade on the IIS server?

The intranet is a Windows 2000 (AD), and I'm using the
same network ID in both cases described above.

Are you entering http://www.domainname.com or just http://domainname.com
