problem opening outlook form

I am trying to open an outlook form but get this error "an error occurred
registering the form in the OLE registry" Nothing has changed on my computer.
I have winxp with office 2003. It worked once then stopped again. I have run
the "detect and repair" but that did not help. Any ideas?

Thanks, I saw that when I checked the microsoft help pages but it is strange
as all users at my work place have permission to open and send the form. I am
going to try and empty the forms cache and see if that helps. Thanks again. I
will try this suggestion if nothing else works.
