PROBLEM OPENING JAVA ENABLED WEB PAGES

hello,
i m new to winxp newsgroup so i don't know exactly to
where to post this problem of mine.basically the problem
is i am using winxp pro sp1 updated and i am unable to
open the java enabeled web pages i tried to download java
virtual machine but while running the setup i got a
message that the valid installer is not on machine so
please help me out in this,you can reply me on my email

5.00.3805.
Download and Install version 5.00.3805 (full version) first before
installing the upgrade(s).
