Problem installing HP 4250 through policy

I'm trying to install a HP4250 through GPO on Windows XP.
After setting the policy on the server (windows server 2003 R2) with print
management and logging on the PC, the printer is added but after trying for a
testpage the Print Spooler service crashes. After restarting the Print
Spooler and trying to print a testpage a error message appaers stating that
the driver is not correctly installed.
On the Print Manager MMC, I also checked if the driver for the drivers are
installed.

I tried it with a older HP (4100) and it worked perfectly.

My question is:
How can I succesfully install new printers through GPO

I think this is more of a driver issue since deployed printers worked for
the 4100.
