problem installing driver

help....my driver used to work but not now.ive tried everything but to no
avail,if anyone can help i would be soooooooooooooo grateful. the details of
the driver are Optiarc DVD RW AD-5530A ATA Device i keep getting error code
39 whatever that means and microsoft is the manufacter....thanks

You never know without trying. Your situation doesn't look like a driver
problem, because ATA devices usually don't have drivers outside of those
native to Windows. What you are showing as a driver appears to be the
description of your optical drive.

thank you,that looks very complicted for me but ive saved the page to my
favourites and ive got a mate who knows a lot more than me about computers so
il ask him to have a bash for me lol
