Problem installing a driver

Hi
I am trying to download onto my computer photos that i have taken on my
phone, but i am having a problem with the driver i am trying to install, how
can i make the driver work properly so that i can upload my photos from my
phone to my computer . I am using xp my phone is motorola v220. I am using
kit mobile manager which is compatable with motorola v220, and i am using the
usb port.

Contact your nearest retailer/office of your cellphone provider on
how to download pictures from your Motorola v220. Or you can
(try) to contact Motorola.com for tech support. When you connect
your phone via USB, doubleclick the My Computer icon on your desktop
and look under "Devices with Removable Storage" and see if it is listed.
If it is, you can doubleclick it to open it or rightclick it to get its
Properties.
