Windows Vista Problem : Help menu keep on launching by itself

I bought a new ThinkPad T61 with Window Vista Business 32 installed. Everything was running fine, but I have one annoying problem : Sometime, for some unknown reason, the Window Help Menu keep on lauching by itself. I tried to kill the menu, but it will relaunch. If I ignore it, and open a application, the help menu of the application will launch (like if I run Photoshop, the help menu of Photoshop will come out). The problem will not go until I restart the computer.

Does anyone ever faced the same problem ?
What is the solution to this problem ?
