My computer has been freezing all of a sudden and I've
tried all I can think of to solve the problem. The one
thing thats weird is that there's a movie I've recently
downloaded. Its currently in my media file, but
everytime I try to delete it, I can't because it says
another program is using it. I can't figure out why it
keeps saying this and I have a feeling this damn movie is
the root of my problems. Is there another way of
deleting this movie other than simply right clicking on
it and choosing delete? Thanks for any suggestions!

reboot the PC and open a CMD prompt.
Delete it using the DEL command. For example:
DEL "c:\your_folder_path\xyz.avi"
