ctcatend: MO L65 FO P247x ERROR CODE=0

This error code happens after a CD is done finalizing.
I am running roxio Easy CD creator 5 platinum and Windows
xp Home edition. Windows isn't allowing ECDC to find the
tracks online and insert them in a jewel case. Can anyone
help. thanks.
