Hi,
I have Windows XP Home Edition with Service Pack 2.
I have 4 GB RAM and 250 GB Hard drive.
I have two computer administrator accounts.
I got an error message in one of my other computer administrator account
with password protection that say "Roxio Easy Media Creator Suite 10.
Invalid Installation. Must reinstall again." This happens when I click on
the Roxio Easy Media Creator Suite 10 desktop icon to start it in the
other computer administrator account.
The Roxio Easy Media Creator Suite 10 was installed in my original computer
administrator account which is password protected.
What is wrong? Is it because of the password protection that prevents the
use of Easy Media Creator Suite 10 in the other computer administrator user
account to run?
I tried this way to get it to work but it is awkward:
"Right mouse click on the Easy Media Creator Suite 10 desktop icon
then click on Properties.
Next click on Advanced button on the shortcut tab.
Next check the Run with different credentials."
Any other solutions would be very helpful.
Thanks. Much Help is Appreciated.
Please reply back soon.
