Problem copying large files to a CD-RW

When I use Roxio CD Creator to copy a large file (30mb or larger) to a pre-formatted CD-RW, the Windows "Copy" window (the one with the flying paper) never reaches completion even though I can navigate to the CD iteself using Explorer and see that the file was successfully copied. This wouldn't be a problem except that once this happens (even one time), when I try to log off at the end of my user session, the task bar at the bottom of the screen disapperars and the system freezes. The problem does not occur with small files. Any suggestions? I have XP Pro with 512k RAM.

Are you using the latest level of EasyCD and all updates. These problems are
usually caused by downlevel DLL files..
